Pain is only what you allow it to be. Pain is your body’s way of telling you something needs attention, but it will only get worse if you don’t do something about it. The more pain you allow it to be, the worse it will get. For example, how many people do you see who are carrying around a lot of stress without doing anything about it? It is like they are carrying around a gas tank that will explode. If they don’t do anything about the stress, the explosion will be much worse than if they had simply dealt with the stress right away.
